Website did not provide documentation, no emails sent to confirm booking or provide shipping information. Did not pick up when scheduled, nor when rescheduled. Advised to drop off at service centre - they couldn’t help with paperwork and could not provide tracking information.
The quote came back quickly and was very reasonable. I took my boxes to the Campbelltown office and the lady that helped me was amazing and my parcel was delivered from Australia to New Zealand in less than a week. Overall the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
