This is one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with. The company holds your items for an unreasonably long time and fails to provide updates. If you try to reach out for help, they do not respond, leaving you waiting all day.

No delivery attempts made for my parcels

The parcel shop has informed me for three consecutive days that my parcels will be delivered to my chosen location. However, nothing has arrived; they remain at the depot.

Fantastic parcel shop option

I love the parcel shop option. The app functions seamlessly, making drop-offs and label printing much more efficient. It's cheaper than other services and provides tracking information!

Fraudulent behavior

Fraudulent behavior, as they swapped the label on my parcel for another one. Reporting this and seeking compensation has been a nightmare; they keep transferring you from one department to another and claim you need to contact another company, for which you don’t have a reference number.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - they refused to accept my parcel because it wasn’t packaged. This is despite the instructions clearly stating that packaging is not necessary. Three wasted trips equal time and money that the company is not willing to compensate.
