Very fast and reliable shipping, although I haven't used the lightsaber yet so I can't say anything in that regard.
I'm sure it's great for it's price, since I bought the cheapest baselit one.

The item is a gift and arrived in a cardboard box that wasn't very sturdy. The hilt was loosely packed with plain paper. For a £400 purchase, I expected better packaging and perhaps a case included, especially since other sellers offer cases for free. The item looks great, but I found the same one for £150 elsewhere, which is disappointing. The website had limited options available, as many were sold out, so I felt I had no choice but to pay the higher price.
