I was a bit worried about my inability to access the app for tracking. I reached out via email, and a representative sent me a link. My package arrived today, and I love all of them! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and support!
I purchased and painted a picture for 4 years - one per year for my grandson's birthday. Luckily I can paint and mix and blend colors, but if you have a person of color in your picture, be prepared to have to use different paints. I'm not sure if it's because the "canvas" comes from China, but they have always washed out the picture. Still, for me it's ok because I go into it knowing I'll have to tweak it.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!Emailed multiple time regarding shipment.. promised it would be in before Christmas.. never arrived. Then promised to arrive after Christmas.. never happened. When I checked the shipper info.. cancelled by Paint with Numbers?!? No reason, no refund, no communication. Can't get my money back!IF LOOKING FOR A COOL GIFT.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
I never received my order. At first they assured me they would reship the order to get it as quick as possible. I kept checking back inquiring if it shipped yet and asking for tracking info. They kept saying would check and get back to me shortly. Now they won’t reply at all. They scammed me. Luckily my bank will reimburse me through my credit card . Unfortunately this was a special Xmas gift which I now don’t have to give.
Five star product and experience!I had ordered a kit from "paintwithnumbers.ca". I had noticed that a few of the paints had unfortunately dried up. I reached out to customer service (I spoke with Charlie) about the situation, and asked if they could ship me some new paints. Charlie ended up shipping me a brand new set (with all fresh paints) at no extra cost! The new painting set is even nicer than the first one that I had ordered through the company. I was extremely happy with my experience and am loving my paint kit. I will definitely order more kits!- JL (May 2024)
After misunderstanding the buy2 get one free promo I only sent in 2 custom pictures not realizing I needed to send three pictures in to get the promo. After an email that was quickly answered by Charlie I sent in a third pic for my promo deal and even though the other 2 were already shipped it was a pleasant surprise that it was sent separately for me. The product is good quality. Would recommend paint with numbers
Received a fake tracking number within 24-48 hours. Tried calling, but the line goes nowhere. Customer service emails are left unanswered. I will be asking my bank to charge back the amount I paid. Don't waste your time with this scammy website
