HostGraber's VPS Performance is Extremely Terrible, and their staff tries to hide this from everyone.
Their Resource's IO Wait time is extremely high, disks stop working at random times, and it takes 20+ minutes for a normal VPS to boot.
Once confronted, they just say that its a shared environment, and having this is NORMAL on their host.
Support team is super hard to reach too. They just send you an AI Generated message, and dont answer any of your questions to prevent them from being caught of over selling.
For every problem of yours, they suggest you to upgrade to a bigger plan.. even if you arent even using half of the current plan.
Other people in reviews have mentioned the same thing. I buy multiple vps from them and still I am being treated like this.
The staff KNOWS that their system is slow and isnt operational, but try to hide them from u, and try to silent you by being Extremely Rude.
These are genuine experiences my team has faced while working with them, and it just feels like they are scamming us at this point by stealing performance.
