Not only did they force me to upgrade the frames but they took so long to ship my glasses and they weren’t even the correct prescription. The customer service is terrible. None of the discounts work. I submitted my items for a refund and got a confirmation email but never got my money back.
I tried different base frames and multiple toppers, and they all fall off frequently. Customer service is nonexistent. Two of my orders were incorrect, and fixing them took weeks with their chat support. The only way to leave feedback is through social media, where they filter out negative reviews. I keep hearing suggestions to fix the issue, but shouldn’t the product work properly from the start? Other brands have magnetic sunglasses that function perfectly. Clearly, it can be done, just not by this company. Overall, a very negative experience.
Do not purchase! I tried multiple base frames and numerous toppers from the website, as well as a few from other sources. The toppers constantly fall off. Whether it’s the wind, a hug, or even a dog licking my face, they just won’t stay put. Customer service is nonexistent. Clearly, it’s possible to get it right, just not with this company. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Their automated PD measurement system only allows digital input, with no manual correction option. I was told to email for any updates on my PD measurement, which I did. However, they sent the order to the lab before my email was addressed. Now, I have a pair of glasses in production with the wrong PD measurement. I have to wait to see if this discrepancy is acceptable. Their system should allow for manual PD entry instead of relying solely on digital tools, and they need to improve their process for correcting measurements.
I purchased new clear frames and took them to my eye doctor for prescription lenses. When I received them back, the toppers didn’t fit. This issue wasn’t related to the lenses; the frames must have been bent significantly. They are not providing a replacement for the flat-front frames, leaving me out of pocket for the lenses. Given how much I’ve spent, you’d think they would value my business.
Buyer Beware... If I could give this company a zero-star review, I would. They sent me the wrong prescription glasses, and I had to arrange for an eye doctor to confirm this over the holidays. After confirming the error, my request for a refund was denied because I was two days past the 30-day window. Additionally, they charged me a membership fee that I never signed up for! The toppers are poorly made, almost like they were 3D printed, and peel off easily. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. A truly terrible experience.
I ordered glasses and several toppers. Initially, communication with the company was excellent, and they responded quickly to my inquiries. However, after a month, one topper was missing due to poor delivery, and the package was stolen. I escalated the issue, expecting a resolution, but they have since stopped responding. I had paid for shipping protection, which I thought would cover this. I’m really disappointed and financially impacted by this loss. Although they eventually placed a replacement order, I’m still frustrated by the lack of resolution.
