Review Time
A single guy turned up in a truck to deliver quite a heavy item. He refused to deliver it to my home, even with me helping him, he just left the item in the middle of the street and drove off. I had to enlist some neighbours to deliver to my home. This was the single worst experience I have ever had with a delivery and the guy, although he spoke next to no English, was the rudest delivery person I have ever encountered.
So far shocking.
The tracking information did not have a delivery time window. The delivery should have arrive yesterday. I paid staff extra wages to stay until 630 as we close at 4.

I managed to get through to them, and they said someone will call before delivery between 3 & 5. So I still may need to pay someone to stay again.

I often hear their hold music praising their delivery service, but I paid £70 for next day delivery (8/1/26) through another provider. Now it's 16/1/26, and according to the online tracker, the delivery window was from 12-2:30pm, yet it's already 5pm and still nothing! There has been no communication from them; I've been the one reaching out, and they can't even contact the driver. Meanwhile, my staff are being paid to wait as our shop is closed, uncertain if the delivery will even arrive. This situation is incredibly frustrating!

There are also claims that customers were unavailable when they clearly were. Overall, this has been a waste of time and effort, and I recommend exploring other options.

I waited all day for a delivery without any time slot provided beforehand. My spouse received a late message indicating a delivery window, but it came and went with no communication. It’s now much later and still no delivery. I would rate this service zero stars if I could; it’s simply unacceptable.
