The panels' quality is impressive; we used a jigsaw to cut them to size and secured them with panel adhesive, which worked seamlessly. They arrived within three days. Although a couple were damaged due to courier mishandling, the support team was exceptional, responding to our emails the next day and arranging for replacements to be sent on a next-day basis.

I received the wrong panels and had to keep 17 boxes until after Christmas for pickup. I've messaged multiple times to inquire about my blue panels ordered in November, but I haven't received a response. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to contact anyone directly. Please reach out regarding the panels or a refund.
