I ordered panels from Panels of Sofia, which stated 5–10 working days for delivery. As I was in the middle of having a media wall built, these panels were a last-minute addition, and I was really hoping they’d arrive sooner.From the moment I contacted Pedro on the live chat, he was outstanding. He immediately checked with production and arranged for my order to be put on priority delivery. The day before I needed them, I checked again and they still hadn’t been dispatched, but Pedro reassured me they would be sent out later that day for next-day delivery. Sure enough, they arrived by 9:30am exactly when I needed them.Pedro went above and beyond to help me, and his customer service was exceptional.
