Transferred money from Sweden to Bangladesh, got the money as promised. The only problem i faced was they takes a little bit more time to credit the money then the other usual money transfer service providers. other than that everything was okay.

I attempted to use the service a few days ago and initially set up my account without issues. However, the ID verification process was problematic. I uploaded my identification documents multiple times before they were accepted. After receiving an email stating I could proceed, I was soon informed that I couldn't send anything due to a thorough check, which was supposed to take just a few minutes. Those minutes turned into three days, and ultimately, I received a request for additional documents despite already providing my ID. At that point, I decided to give up, as their inefficiency was clear. I highly advise against wasting your time with this service, as they have already consumed three days of mine.

Additionally, its rates are more competitive than many others, making it a user-friendly and efficient application.
I have used this service and everything they claim on their site is untrue. I sent money and they still haven't honored it. How can they do this? I've been trying to reach them with no response; they only offer a chat option, and no one seems to reply.
Very disappointing experience. The initial amount shown was 1500 AED, but 1547 was deducted from my account. When I contacted customer support, they said an investigation is in progress. It's frustrating to have my hard-earned money delayed like this.
