I deeply regret my purchase from this company. Although their website promotes a 30-day free returns policy, they denied my requests for return authorization and insisted I cover the return shipping costs to the UAE. The items I received resemble inexpensive, mass-produced products rather than the high-quality European standards suggested by their images and pricing. The materials and overall craftsmanship do not match the pictures on their site and are grossly overpriced for what is essentially a budget product. In my experience, they do not adhere to their stated returns policy and make returning items unnecessarily difficult and costly. I've filed formal complaints with consumer authorities and strongly recommend others avoid this company and be cautious about their return and quality claims.

This company is deceptive. The clothing is cheap and does not resemble the images shown. There is no customer service phone number available, only email communication. They require you to return items at your own expense to Dubai. I disputed the charges with my bank and filed a claim in court. They should be prohibited from conducting business in the USA. Purchasing from them is a waste of money.
