The products look amazing. My only suggestion is to categorize items by type instead of having them scattered across various pages. It would be much easier to find all sweaters in one place and all leggings in another, making shopping more efficient and likely increasing purchases.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The item received is nothing like what was advertised. It was supposed to be a wool sweater, but instead, I got a cheap, thin zip hoodie with no wool whatsoever. The sizing is also incorrect; I ordered a 2x, and my husband can't even zip it.

This company charged my account four days ago without my consent. After reporting the issue, I spent three days trying to cancel my order, only to be told on Friday that they were shipping it anyway. This is a total scam! Do not buy from this seller. The item received was a thin, printed fabric, not the thick wool advertised. The arms were also too short. The website image showed a chunky jumper, which must have been enhanced digitally.
