When Tracking number was checked it took me to a page that told me to be patient, order was coming from China so it's gonna take time to get to me.

I NEVER RECEIVED ORDER AND NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY AFTER 1ST INITIAL EMAIL .

I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS !

I ordered over 200.00 bucks in stuff. I sent several emails and they sent one back asking me to send snap shot of the payment being finally and I did and nothing

Pappua.com is a SCAM!!

My mother, who is on Disability and has a limited income, was scammed into purchasing the majority of her Christmas presents from this company. She never received any of the products she purchased and now cannot afford to buy her family Christmas presents. This "company" should be ashamed of themselves.

Actually I would give it a -10

Actually I would give it a -10. Do not do business with this company. I ordered some things from a JCPenney website unaware that it was this company that was taking the orders. This was Nov 17th. They were Xmas gifts for family which I never received. Long story short I told them to refund my money and they said they would only refund 70% of what I paid. Since then it's been nothing but excuses on where my refund is. To date still more excuses and no refund. I text them every day and it's always another excuse. I'm fuming over this and have filed a suit against this damn company. Do not do business with these scammers. I have every text from the start to prove the BS they keep saying.
