Everyone i have ever talked to have been ever helpful. Program is easy to understand. Been with them for a couple years. And will be staying with them as long as it have my business.

System is unreliable

System is unreliable - constantly calling tech support. Trying to get tech support is a pain which could shutr down your business for hours - this is from experience. When you do get them it take about 20 mins for them to troubleshoot - thats great when you have customers waiting. POS is another meaning for paradise system06

Beware

Beware! This system is the biggest piece of junk! Spend at least 30min-hour getting it set back up, online and whatever else has happened overnight to it. Impossible to learn to use. Tech support is terrible and not worth the time trying to talk to them. Please listen to us. Do not waste your time with this system it's a waste of money and a continual headache. We have lost multiple sales due to this POS "piece of S&%$". $7275 to be exact from people getting tired of waiting for their so called tech support to call or restore the system. Again STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE POS!

Honestly this is the most trash system

Honestly this is the most trash system. Support has issues with determining which system you are using on multi system platform. I usually spend the first 30-90 min of my day with support generally to no avail. Systems have issues merging with one another the majority of the time. If 2 servers use the same terminal it will not determine cash counts and proper tip out or cash owed. Buttons disappear after programming new items. Servers run their shift reports then new tickets appear (A shift report can not run unless all tickets are closed), support is unable to determine why. Customers have come in because their cards were not charged…even tho i ran the card myself. I you need help flopping your business. Paradise certainly can do that for you. 15 years as an owner of multiple restaurants, inherited this pos (no pun intended) and so glad the lease ends this month. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and stay the heck away from this garbage.

It's not been paradise!

I used the paradise point of sale because my bank referred them. When researching and asking the company if their system would perform tasks I need done, it was all yes! When I received the system, it was a joke. The only nice thing to say is the employees are nice to talk to. If anyone uses this system and can help me navigate through the issues, please reach out!

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE. READ THE CONTRACT, iT IS A 2 YEAR NON CANCELABLE CONTRACT, THEY WILL SAY " YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME BUT OUR PRODUCT WILL BE SO GOOD THAT YOU WILL NOT CANCEL" DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. scam company avoid it at all cost!

Horrible Experience with Paradise POS we regret using them...

Paradise POS is an incompetent company with horrible customer service and a bad software that will cause major issues during use. Their customer service, from the owner down is straight up rude and have no business ethics or the intention of running a good honest business. Worst referral we ever got. Save your business the headache and do not use them!
