Paradise Payments is Outstanding

Paradise Payments made it easy to install right out of the box. They preloaded our menu and got the system configured even before I received it. The system is easy to use and easy to make changes to. Support to learn the system, tech support, and general support are outstanding. Anyone I talk to is knowledgeable with a positive attitude.

We installed Paradise POS last week SATY AWAY!!

We installed Paradise POS last week, and it has been 5 days of a complete disaster. My losses total over $10,000 in refunds, voids, and sales we can't collect money on because the system does not work. It is so bad I am contemplating closing my restaurant until I can get another POS installed and running properly. Before you even consider looking at Paradise POS, call us at Sommers Place in Montgomery, AL. We will share with you everything wrong with this system and company.

If I could give a -10 I would. This is the worst POS system. Absolute trash. It’s beyond the pits of despair. I regret ever talking to their salesman Rusty Drake. Seems like it’s been a complete scam. It has not worked properly since install. It’s been lie after lie from Rusty Drake in Birmingham, AL. It’s been so bad I need to seek legal advice. Nothing is right. Nothing calculates right. Buttons work one minute and don’t the next. Edits and updates I do disappear. No matter what code I’m using. Job role assignments change over night and sometimes daily. We cannot stay on the internet with this system but had no problem with the other. I would rather personally handwrite and calculate every ticket for every person that walks thru my door than to have this garbage that does not work. Everything you said it would do were more lies. Is everyone with the company a snake in the dirt? I have been in the business 32 and swapped pos systems many times and helped create it and I’ve never seen anything like this is my entire life. I can’t believe you are allowed to sale and install this garbage. I can’t even say anything bad enough to resemble the mess this has caused. Over $15k in sales lost. Promises that someone is coming to fix it tomorrow only to be told they’re not coming and basically it is what it is even though it doesn’t work and we will not be able to use it like this. I will have to find another pos company and payment processing company. Over 100 hours of my own time put into something I’m gonna bust with a baseball bat in my parking lot and put on tik tok and every other social media platform educating other restaurants to not even consider this. Rusty Drake and Paradise POS should be ashamed of themselves. This is beyond ridiculous
