I usually avoid writing reviews, but my encounter with this service was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The delivery of my order took an excessively long time, which I could have overlooked since I wasn't in a hurry. However, when the order finally arrived, the item was nothing like what I had requested. I contacted the service to arrange a return, but they informed me that returns were not accepted and claimed that the item I received was, "quite nice, good quality" (though it was far from what I had ordered). They proposed a 20% refund, which I found unacceptable, and I requested a full refund instead. They then stated that they had processed my refund four weeks ago, but it has yet to appear in my account. In summary, (1) the order took an eternity to arrive. (2) Upon arrival, it was not at all what I had ordered. (3) When I sought to return it and requested a refund, they offered me 20%. (4) When I asked again for a full refund, they misled me by claiming they had already refunded me.
I've sent four emails to this service requesting a sizing chart for a coat I want to order. If they can't even respond to emails, why would I want to spend $90 on a coat from them? I certainly don't want to risk buying something that's either too small or too large. Using US sizes would be preferable to centimeters, but I can't get any reply at all.
I had already submitted a review, but it seems to have gone nowhere! Christmas has passed, and my gift ordered on 12/2/25 is still stuck in transit. I keep receiving emails from the support team claiming it’s on its way! I'm reporting this service as fraudulent! Beware and do NOT waste your money!
I placed my order over a month ago and have emailed multiple times, but I keep getting the same response! I just want my order or my money back! It was intended as a Christmas gift, but it feels like a Christmas heist! My advice: DO NOT ORDER! I'm contacting my bank for a refund, and they will classify this service as fraudulent.
I haven't received the product yet, but it's very misleading when the website lists a US address. It's difficult to track when it’s coming from overseas. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known this. I hope the product arrives soon and that it's worth the wait.
