I am reporting an issue with my account (Player ID: 771832727) on the regional site pm-betting.com. My account is currently blocked with a balance of 10,014.85 INR.
When I contacted the international support team, they replied stating they could not find my account because it is on a regional platform. However, I have no way to reach the correct regional agents because the support emails for India are not working.
My name is Mufaddal Bohara. I am a genuine player and I want to complete my verification to access my funds. Please have a regional representative from the India support team contact me regarding ID 771832727. I have screenshots of my balance and ID ready for verification.
I am writing this review because my Parimatch account (Player ID: 278139643) has been blocked without any explanation, and I am unable to withdraw my balance of 9600.9 INR.
I have tried to contact support via the official email provided on the site (pm-betting.com), but the emails are bouncing back as "Address Not Found." The live chat is only giving automated responses and is not connecting me to a human agent.

I am providing the requested details for my unresolved issues. I am facing two major problems with Player ID: 462999962.
Withdrawal Issue (1,200 INR): Pending since 3rd January 2026. My Slice Bank account is now frozen, but Parimatch shows 'Success' without providing a UTR. Ticket ID: #65147464, Transaction ID: 166617436.
Deposit Issue (800 INR): Deposited on 23rd Jan 2026 (UTR: 839149881154), but not credited even after 4 weeks. Ticket ID: #69715857.
Agents like Yahaya, Jemima, and Costantino are only giving copy-paste replies. As a student, this total amount of 2,000 INR is very important to me. I have provided all bank statements. Please credit my money to my Parimatch wallet immediately."
Parimatch is scamming me! It has been 24 days and my ₹23,000 (9k+9k+5k) is not credited. I have shared all proofs, UTRs, and bank statement password (020919857838847501). Support Agent Shahab is unprofessional and closed the chat without help.
