Doll they arrived was vastly different to the one ordered and is made of cheap hard plastic, not silicon.

The doll I received was completely different from what I ordered. I was promised a 10% refund nearly a month ago, but I still haven't seen any of my money returned. I won't be ordering from this service again, as the price was too high for such poor follow-through.
If I could give a negative rating, I would! My daughter opened this gift on Christmas morning and started crying. The lovely baby shown in the picture is nothing like the unsettling doll we received. I've been in email exchanges for three days, sent photos, and requested a refund… today they informed me that the maximum refund I can receive is 30%. I feel foolish for not verifying that this was a legitimate site, and I'm shocked that they are still allowed to operate! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! The return address provided was someone’s home in another country… the doll is horrifying and has matted hair and a bright red face! I will be doing everything I can to warn others online!
My experience mirrored that of others. The doll I received did not match the pictures. Their customer service was inadequate, leading me to file a claim with my credit card company as I felt scammed. They requested I return the doll to a location in China. Unbelievable.

I ordered a silicone baby for my granddaughter, paying over $100. What I received looked like a $20 doll from a local store! It was nothing like what I ordered. I would rather give this away than let my granddaughter have it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
