Disappointing quality of shoes. The shoes appeared much more appealing in the photos. In reality, they feel cheap and don't even come in a box. Although they are supposedly leather, they are so thin that it’s hard to believe.

Failed Order for Wedding Shoes

Failed order for wedding shoes. I ordered shoes for an event, but the tracking showed the package was returned. After contacting them, they promised delivery within ten days, but nothing arrived. I requested a refund, stating I no longer needed the shoes, and they said they would ship again, but I insisted on a refund. I received nothing, and it seems like a scam. I advise against ordering from this service.

STAY AWAY

Order took long, sizing was terrible, material was cheap. On top of which the return process puts all of the burden on the consumer to cover the costs of international shipping back to the UK - which basically nullifies the cost of goods altogether.

I DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I did not read the reviews my fault. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going on the 4th week and still have not received my merchandise. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I told the person when it does get here if it doesn't fit throw it away. It would hate to see what the refund process is like.
