Review Time
My MISTAKE... I always read reviews prior to ordering. NOT THIS TIME!!! not sure what I was thinking, never heard from them. tracking is a joke, it just says information received. I called my card company to reverse the charges, they are investigating. Please don't order from the people, and READ REVIEWS. Facebook needs to vet the people and companies that advertise on there site. not blaming Meta, just saying.
I made the mistake of NOT checking reviews before ordering. The company lists an address in Hazelton Missouri so I mistakenly thought they were legit. Took a month to get the shoes and they definitely came from China. They are low quality. Not even going to attempt return based on the other reviews. Buyer beware!
Definitely a scam. Address listed on website is for an insurance company with a similar name and possibly a legitimate company, but is not this online retailer. Didn’t receive items for over two months and got no response from support email. I did receive email updates showing shipment stuck in customs in China. I would not have ordered if I knew they were shipping directly from China. Refused to cancel my order. Fortunately my credit card reversed the charge in literally 15 seconds which tells me this company must be on their scam list.
You want your customers to give you an honest review how about you be honest with your customers and stop ripping people off how about you supply your customers with there purchases in a timely manner,how about you deliver what was purchased instead of poorly fabricated imitations from China. This company seems like it's a money laundering scheme something is rotten in Denmark. You are grown-ups no one should have to tell you to treat people fairly, or to have good business practices your reviews should be good given the product you display the problem is what is displayed is not what is delivered or there is nothing delivered at all tracking is falsified it's just a horrible experience all around Parker & Finch should be ashamed
My son ordered shoes about 3 weeks prior to his prom. Received shoes after 6 weeks. I've emailed customer support multiple times to start a return and I've received no response. I would NOT recommend Parker and Finch! There are so many places to buy shoes that ship as promised and will accept returns as stated. Not worth the headache.
