Review Time
Ordered this for my son’s birthday gift 2 weeks before his birthday .Didnt arrive till 3 weeks after his birthday . So 5 weeks of waiting. No communication until I reached out to my PayPal account to have the charge canceled and that and only is when they answered me and asked me to please pay them still that it was on the way like well. This is past your 3 to 5 day delivery it’s ridiculous and I didn’t receive any items until I receive items. Will I pay for it. They have such a gall. I’ll never order from them again.
Firstly, it's obviously apparent that your product is coming from China. Not that that's a bad thing but there are greater logistics risks. Secondly, there is limited communication on the status of your and very difficult to talk to anyone. Third and most importantl, the quality of the product was extremely poor. These were suppose to be leather loafers but they were not leather and the pictures on they're website look better than the real thing. I didn't even bother trying to recoup my monet, just donated them to goodwill.
My fiancée and a few groomsmen ordered several pairs of shoes from this company over a month ago for our wedding. It was getting to the point where we didn’t know if we’d have shoes! They arrived today (3 days before the wedding)! I’m so disappointed and quite frankly UPSET! The shoes arrived in a plastic bag, NOT EVEN A BOX, they look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES and they smell AWFUL! We are 3 days away and don’t have time to look for new shoes!!! Several people have complained about this company and not getting what they paid for or similar experiences, ESPECIALLY when it comes to refunds. I just wish I would have saw them prior to ordering! I have pics to prove it!
Ordered a shirt for my husband…a nice looking band collar pin stripe (from the photo). What a joke! I swear the material is the same as used for swag bags. It feels like a cross between plastic and paper and the stripes are printed on. A truly ridiculous piece of clothing. There’s no customer service and I can’t get a refund. It’s my fault for not reading the reviews. Did I mention it took six weeks to arrive? The company is a total scam.
This company is a joke! They display nice clothing at a reasonable price, then ship you cheap poorly made clothes sent from China. An American Large is a Chinese xxl and the clothes still don’t fit. Please do not use this company. If you want to send your junk back you have to place a reverse charge before they will respond. The clothes came almost 2months later. Not worth the hassle. They will tell you to reverse the charge so they can start the return and refund. Don’t do anything until they send instructions to ship the junk back. Beware this company is falsely Advertising.
