I recently used this parking service for a week and was thoroughly impressed. The staff's attention to customers was outstanding, and their politeness made the experience pleasant. The convenience and speed of service were remarkable, making the process quick and efficient. I highly recommend this parking service for anyone seeking a hassle-free experience.
Leaving the vehicle on departure, OK.Recovering the vehicle on arrival, NOT OK. I had to phone more than 20 times to the reference telephone number provided with my reservation before someone answered. I had to wait almost1 hour for my vehice, at a moment where there was not an special amount of flights arriving at the El Prat Airport (it was 1:00 AM aprox). My flight arrived on time.
Rogue company do not use it’s a scam given all the information to meet at Sofitel hotel meet and greet in gatwick only for no one to be there with only a mobile number for contact which is never answered!!!! Reported this fraud to the bank and then had to pay again to park with a different company complete jokers !!!
