Very quick, friendly and reliable!

We were a little nervous using this kind of service for the first time, but they quickly put our nerves at ease. They were very friendly and got us to the airport in no time at all. Pick up was just as seamless! We will definitely be using them again.

Smooth Transaction

We made the reservation easily and they emailed the driving directions from RI, which was a big help because we were not familiar with the airport at all. Found the lot and we were at the airport in no time.Pick up was just as easy

Van was ready when we arrived around 5 am and was expecting us. Easy ride to airport with pleasant driver. We had no problem on pick up at airport and car was waiting when we arrived. Made the process easy.

Great Experience

We typically fly out of newark since we live in NJ. I was a bit concerned about navigating my way to JFK and finding the lot, getting to the airport on a timely basis, etc. Despite the traffic getting to JFK, the experience with Park Plus was amazing. Courteous staff; white glove treatment; clean mercedes van got us to the terminal quickly. On the back end, the van came for us quickly, car was waiting when we got back to the lot. Payment was easy - and having a Groupon didn't hurt either. Would definitely recommend this service at any airport they serve

First Time!!!

It was my first time ever driving myself to the airport and leaving my car parked. Parking Plus made this experience soooo easy! Had I known this service was so easy I would have been doing it got a very long time. Much better than bothering anyone. Parking Plus shuttle arrived at their location within 5 minutes of me arriving there. When I came back from my trip they arrived to the airport 10-15 minutes after me calling them. I didn't mind waiting that at all and it's understandable it was a busy Saturday. I definitely recommend this to travelers!!!
