This has got to be the worst parking system I ever seen in my life. I’m at the Hampton Inn in JFK and they are by far the worst. They have the entranceway blocked with park cars and there’s a truck parked on 135th Ave. and the idiot tells me to back up the car and go just back up. I said I will not back up the car into the middle of the street when I cannot see didn’t offer me help or anything. This is by far the worst the worst I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m not done here trying to get out of the parking lot I almost got killed and I’m not done yet with this.

One star is too much , this service is horrific , we called half an hour before arriving at airport and waited another 45 mins after we arrived at the car park , on returning after a 11 hour flight we then couldn’t get in touch with anyone to collect our car . will never use again !!!!
Damage central locking,car abandoned on slough residential area, not carpark.These people are a joke. I tried calling them many times, but they stopped answering my calls. I couldn't leave the airport for almost 90 minutes because they couldn’t find my car. Later, it turned out that they found it, but couldn't start it. It turned out that the car wasn't parked at the airport but on a regular street in Slough, not Heathrow. The car was completely out of power and the central lock was broken. It looks like someone tried to break into it. My wife and I were dropped off near our car by a private vehicle and left in a place we didn't know, which didn’t look like a parking lot at all. We spent almost an hour getting there from the airport, with two transfers. I had to call roadside assistance and wait. In total, it took 8 hours from landing to getting on the road. I tried contacting them again the next day, but they didn’t respond. Replacing the door lock also means replacing the ignition, which costs between £500 and £1000. Also, you can’t communicate with them because they have a very strong accent and they don’t seem to try to understand. People, stay away from them
These guys are thieves. You used to be able to book parking online for $10. On May 18th I went on their website to book and they asked for the full amount instead. I used this place before, so I paid. When I arrived, the business wasn't there. Their customer service doesn't reply to me or BBB. So they went from parking business to stealing money online.
DONT PARK HERE EVER!!!!!!!! YOUR CAR may have scratches and dents when come back from Vacation. Dont dare ever park here!!!!!!!!!! My First experience and my last day parking here ever!!!I have purchase a valet online for 7 days while Im on vacation. To begin with the GPS will not take to this place directly. 99 Bessemer St Newark NJ is a hidden place and the GPS does not recognize the address so it took me about 40 minutes to find the place which was one minute away from where I was (one block from Jiffy). Then I finally found the place and able to leave my car. I have showed my online purchase to them and they gaved me a receipt with a Valet Ticket #. The Staff guy mention to me take pictures back and front of receipt, if you loose the receipt there is no way to claim the car. So at the beginning with confident I left my car for the next 7 days while I on my back from vacation. When I come back yesterday Sunday Sept 2nd I have called them for the shuttle bus and they told me follow the instructions on the back on the receipt given on the first day so I did and wait for the Newark Park Plus shuttle bus at the terminal airport. We have wait aprox 25 minutes. Then the shuttle bus came, the shuttle bus took us at the Newark Airport Park Plus Parking lot to claim the car. First when I got I have to wait for some people in ahead of me, I have noticed only one Staff lady handling all the calls and all the people coming at the office to claim the car. So I wait until my turn, then there was some issue with my credit card and called the bank and everything was fine. So I then use my CC, get my receipt and the staff lady gaved my car keys. I have took my loggage and apprently didnt see nothing on my FRONT car. when I get out from there and I inmmediatelly when to a gas station for gas I have noticed a bent and a scratch of my back car bumper. I have called them on the very same day and I was told to call next day after 10:00am and ask for a supervisor. When I have called them on Monday Sept 3rd and spoke with a Staff and explained what happed she told me once I take the car out from the lot there is nothing I can do to claim damages and if the supervisor speak with me he will tell me the same. She took my information to provide to the supervisor and still waiting for a RETURN call. Please DONT PARK HERE EVER!!! and in the future when you park (not at the Newark Park Plus Parking Airport) PLEASE TAKE A LOT OF PICUTRES BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR AS PROOF AND PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT. YOU MAY HAVE A SURPRISE OF YOUR CAR CONDITION.I have suspect it that someone one of the guy Staff who took my car, careless parked my car at the lot and hit something where I left at Newark Park Plus Parking Lot and/or my car was used while I was out on vacation. My car was excellent condition and brand new before I left it on Newark Park Plus Parking
We arrived on time (5AM) and I immediately locked my keys in the car! The sole employee they had on hand at the time brought out all the items he could offer, and tried valiantly to open the car door with me. It finally worked and his assistance and handy tools saved our trip (and maybe my marriage!)
I would say that I experience 'friction' but I often travel for work and have use various park and ride facilities at Newark Airport. It was three of us travel, all female. No one assisted us with our bags from the car or to the car or explained the confusing location differences. The confirmation of your reservation does not include the location of your booking, although there are several notes telling you that you must go the correct location. And on the return you are drop off at a different location. It would be better customer service to explain this to your customer when they drop off their vehicles and the confirmation should include the address of your booking.
