INCOMPETENT

DRIVER LEFT AIRPORT STATION AS I APPROACHED. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED DISPATCH WHO SAID THEY WOULD SEND HIM RIGHT BACK. HE SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES LATER. THE PARKING FACILITY IS ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY. I DIDN'T NEED THAT EXPERIENCE AFTER A 10 HR FLIGHT ARRIVING AT 630AM

Better than parking at Airport

Service was quick. Van took us immediately to Airport. 30 minutes from parking lot thru TSA.Don't like that I had to leave my keys.

Happy Customer Here

Driver was spot on

We were early for our arrival at JFK, driver kept asking us which terminal (Delta has two) so we kept telling him which one was on our boarding passes, and he kept saying, "are you sure?" So he dropped us at the one on our boarding passes and of course we should have been at the other one. Fortunately we had enough time to shuttle over to the right place. Bottom line is, everything was as expected with the service. Didn't have to wait long for our car when we returned, charges were what we expected. Would use them again.

The people there a nice day for your car as well kept and ready when you leave it and ready when you get back that's what you recommend don't raise the price please

As advertised.

Dropped off the car and the shuttle was ready. Drove us directly to the right terminal. When we returned, it took no more than 5 minutes to pick us up and our car was ready to go. Great service.
