Upon reaching out to explain, I was informed that I could pay within 48 hours after my visit. This organization seems to prioritize profit over customer service. It’s frustrating that if the machines are not operational—likely a common issue—they still impose charges. Many elderly individuals, including my parents, prefer not to use online payments, and some do not have internet access. This organization needs serious scrutiny.

Deeply disappointed with this organization

I am extremely disappointed with this organization. I parked at a local car park, and although I had never faced issues there before, the new management made it difficult to input my car details. The machine indicated no charge, so I assumed everything was fine. I was shocked to receive a £40 fine and when I attempted to appeal, I was coldly informed that I couldn’t. Many others seem to share this experience. I will now opt for another service.

You have no choice but to use this organization's frustrating website for parking payments. It's poorly designed, seemingly benefiting more from fines than actual parking fees. The process is slow, confusing, and irritating. Many likely give up and end up fined later. It happened to me once, and now I set reminders to ensure I pay on time. Clearly, the choice of this organization to manage parking at a local park shows a disregard for visitors’ experiences. This feels more like a trap than a service.

Lack of professionalism at a local site. There was only one payment machine accepting cards, yet it rejected several types. Customers, having agreed to terms and conditions, expected them to be presented clearly, but they were not. Time was wasted. The area deserves better!

Disheartening experience at a nature reserve

I used to frequent a local nature reserve and enjoyed spending money there. Now, as a disabled individual, I parked in the designated bays with my badge visible and paid for my purchases. Days later, I received a £35 parking fine. This experience has completely soured my view, and while I understand the need for revenue, extortionate practices are not acceptable.
