I recently placed an order for flower delivery with a service for a birthday, booking and paying a week in advance with a confirmed delivery date. However, the flowers were not delivered on the agreed day but instead arrived the day after the birthday, when the recipient was unavailable—rendering the delivery pointless. To make matters worse, I was never informed of the delay. I had to call multiple times over the following week for an explanation. Eventually, they mentioned that due to subcontracting deliveries, they 'do the best they can' but cannot guarantee the delivery date confirmed at checkout. After all this, the only compensation offered was a discount on a future purchase, which is unacceptable since I won’t be ordering from them again. Their service was unreliable, poorly communicated, and costly. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience: Late delivery, no communication, unhelpful customer service, no meaningful compensation, and an admission that they cannot guarantee their promised delivery date. I strongly advise against using this service.
I made a purchase from the website on October 29, an order meant to be delivered the next day to a hospital (which is always open). Not only was the package never delivered, but I received two emails stating that no one was found. The worst part was dealing with the terrible customer service, which has yet to resolve the issue and refuses to refund a gift that was never delivered! I absolutely do not recommend this service. They don't respond to emails, are vague and unhelpful on messaging apps, and it's nearly impossible to reach them by phone! What a disaster.
