I reported a problem with the GoChess Wizard lite board not charging on 9 Jan 2026 after getting it at Christmas. After a month of back and forth emails troubleshooting, they sent a replacement battery which did not resolve the problem. They have determined the board is defective and if I would confirm my address, send a replacement. That was 10 Feb two weeks ago and the last communication I have from them. Great game and concept when it works, very poor customer support if something doesn't work.
These are some of the most creative toys my family owns. The new chessboard is stunning, and the AI assistant is a delightful addition. The quality is impressive, the tech feels advanced yet user-friendly, and above all, it’s enjoyable! I’m very impressed and will return for more.
Received a faulty chessboard and attempted troubleshooting with no success. Contacted support, but they asked me to do the same troubleshooting again. After sending a video of the issue, I received no further replies to my emails, and I've had to involve my bank.
I received my GoDice set with the DnD shells about three years ago and wanted to use them again. The support team was extremely helpful with the new setup. They even updated the information on the module's site. Excellent product and people, highly recommended!
