Gareth and Ryan were incredible throughout the entire process. The planning was seamless, the activities were perfectly balanced, and the logistics (accommodation, transport, and overall coordination) were handled flawlessly. Everything felt smooth, well thought out, and stress-free for us.
What really stood out was their ability to read the room — knowing exactly when to step in and facilitate, and when to step back to let the team enjoy meaningful time together. The games and team activities they organized genuinely strengthened our bonding and created moments we’ll remember for a long time.

The Huddle team planned our all-company retreat for January 26 in Costa Rica. They made sure we all made our flights and transportation connections. As a participant, I could ask them anything about logistics or what to expect and they guided me and had the right answers. They were also super fun to be around. Highly recommend them as a participant. I felt safe and well taken care of in terms of logistics, food, and everything else!
