If the price is right and you get the right part all is good.But they sent the wrong part. The part they sent is for a section of the appliance that I never even looked at on the website. If you have to return the wrong part they sent it costs you money for the experience of getting the wrong part and shipping something worthless to you back to them.
Easy to identify the exact replacement for our LG French Door refrigerator flapper panel. Fast, accurate delivery. Part was bubble wrapped nicely, but was then a bit loose in an oversized box underfilled with only a bit of packing paper, but arrived in great shape. I will definitely use PartSelect for future repairs.
The product I purchased was to replace a panel for my dishwasher. The item did not send any installation instructions…which basically made it worthless until I went and googled the installation instructions which were not helpful as well. I figured out how to install but after I broke some of the plastic clips that help secure the bracket…in other words I was back to where I started prior to purchasing.
