Ordering was simple, the piece came in a reasonable amount of time. but, the quality was not great. I needed a small grate insert for my Kitchen Aide professional style stove. It had been warping for a year or so, and finally broke when a workman stepped on it. The piece I received was an identical fit, but significantly lighter (Less thick casting). It costs over $80 and I thought that for a stove of this quality, it should have been more heavy duty.
I ordered a replacement grate for my GE Gas range on Dec 1, 2023. On Dec 14 when I opened the box I discovered a metal frame to make a balloon backdrop. I emailed photos of the box, shipping labels, contents and enquiry into the mixup immediately. I had to make several phone calls to get a response as they don’t respond to emails. At the end of December I was assured they were processing my refund and it would take 7-10 business days to hit my account. They were unable to ship the proper part and would have to refund me and have me reorder. Fine.3 weeks later still no refund. Spend several days trying to get through on the customer service line again. Finally get through, am assured of there was a delay on their end and they were now expediting my refund.At the beginning of February I get an email saying they need more information and ask for pictures, descriptions etc. all stuff that has been submitted. Still no reply to my replying with all requested material, again trying daily to call. I have reported this to my credit card company, better business bureau, and will continue to share this story everywhere so hopefully no one else wastes their money on me this bs, lying, scamming company.
The inside glass on our oven door cracked on the Friday before Thanksgiving. I was able to find the part needed online and called PartSelect customer service to confirm the part and order it. The rep confirmed the part and assured me that the part would be there by Wednesday without expedited shipping. Bottom line: the part arrived at our home before noon on Sunday. Great customer service; saved our holiday meal!
This is my 2nd purchase from part select the first time was for oven igniter the part came to me was broken i called them and without question they sent me another overnight mail that made my wife happy it was a day before thansgiving they saved the day they are one of the most outstanding companies i have ever done business with i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone
