Unbelievable service. Four hours after I placed my order, I received confirmation that it was received, packed and ready for shipment. Two hours after that I was notified that it was sent for shipment. I received it in two days-everything good, perfect!!!What a great bunch of guys
Purchased an oven element.. Received it, installed it but it wasn't the problem.. Put it back in the box and return it(I pay shipping both ways) and they refused the refund because the tips showed litle marks of scratches. Asked for a picture and/or to return it, but they declined on both.. Will never buy anything from them again.
