Decent company

Parts Select's process of choosing the right part for a refrigerator was helpful and turned out to be accurate, not something you can take for granted. I can't say the price was any bargain, and it took longer than I would have thought to receive the part, but once it got here, it turned out to be just right.

Ripped Off on Shipping

The parts were fine. I paid for 2-3 days shipping. The site says that although most orders make it in 2-3 days, it may take an extra day to some parts of the country. The parts took 7 days to arrive, putting me in a lurch. The parts were sitting in a FedEx Arizona warehouse for days. I got no response from customer service. I will not be a repeat customer.

Well I didn’t want to hit the 1star

Well I didn’t want to hit the 1star, but after the belt and the motor pulley were replaced, it was still noisy. Then the noise stopped. The first small load of clothes dried. I was so so happy, because my dryer was not working for a long time. Then I put two more items in the dryer and it started the noise again and it seem like it was going to cut off. So I just stopped it. So I called a repair place and I guess I was really surprised about what they charge. So I’m again without my dryer. I’m thankful that I was able to get the parts from Partselect.
