Ordered a fridge door gasket

Ordered a fridge door gasket. It arrived quickly and was an exact match. Easy to replace. Very pleased extra care was given when boxing the gasket. Another company folds the gasket for shipping and says leave out for 24 hours to get creases out . Very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend.

Part delivery charges

The issue that I had with parts select was shipping...they always tell me can't guarantee any ship to you date but they get you to pay for a premium shipping service ie 2 to 3 business days and the part doesn't arrive until a week later. I had a washing machine down for an extended period of time waiting for this part. If you can't deliver when promised then don't charge extra for faster delivery service, I paid for the service cuz I needed the part as soon as possible. Otherwise the customer service was great. The part worked fine.

I needed a part and PartSelect had one.....

I needed a part for a Kenmore refrigerator, but Kenmore said it was no longer manufactured. PartSelect had a replacement part that worked like a gem.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care II washing machine…

My Whirlpool washing machine was not agitating to clean nor spinning water from machine at end of cycle. PartSelect has one of the best tutorial videos on replacing clutch and motor coupling to fix agitation problem. Customer comments made me aware clutch might only be half the problem so also ordered new motor coupling which I discovered was badly needed, $55-ish for both parts. Stopped-started video while doing repairs. Btw, captions on, full screen, play-pause J=10 sec forward, L=10 sec back. View single-frame motion with period and comma. tap-tap-tap or taptaptap as fast as needed to watch slo-mo action in great detail. Best instructional video, great parts prices. At 83, this old girl learned useful new tricks. You can do it, too!
