Great company to deal with

I had a great experience with PartyBagsRUs, even though things didn’t go to plan at first as my order got lost. They really went out of their way to fix the issue, and from the way the handled it it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. This kind of service is rare these days and sets them apart from the rest.You can find out about a company when things go wrong and how they deal with things and credit to these guys. It would have been easy for them to just refund me since it wasn’t a big order, but they made sure to follow through and get it sorted that says a lot about how they run their business. I really wish them all the best and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Order arrived only if you keep chasing them

Update: Upon my review, they contact me and 'upgrade me' for a next day delivery...and request to take my review down... If you are a busy parent looking for convenience/hassle free party bags I will look somewhere else.***I placed the order 4 weeks ago. Upon the automatic email confirmation, I hear nothing from them. I have created an account and still says processing... I have email them, tried to call them, contacted them on social media but nobody answers. I wish I have never used this company.
