I placed an order on 22/10/25 and wish I had read the reviews beforehand! It’s now 03/12/25 and no product has arrived. I emailed them, and they just say the goods are in transit, but the promised time has passed. I have requested a refund.

One star solely because someone replies to emails. Still no product after four months. Initially, they apologized for the delay, but later claimed my product was delivered. Nothing on my doorbell for that day, but that seems irrelevant.
