Just got of the phone with a wonderful young lady named Charlotte and thanks to her I'm on track to pass my car practical test, she had a wealth of knowledge and was happy to go through everything I need to thank you for your today
The customer service and communication through my issues of later test dates and lessons have been phenomenal, I found this issue today and called in asking why I was being charged when previously clarified in my notes I was unable to pay until late April and didn't want lessons until May earliest, I called and spoke to Charlie, he was very understanding and helped by unbooking my test, however a few hours after the call I was panicked because my portal was still claiming that i would need to pay within the next few days, I left a confused/upset review and got a call back a few hours later from Sara who assured me that while my portal claimed I am due to pay the issue had been fixed and when I am able to make the payment I can just call back to make sure any late fees have been waived as I have made my issues clear from the beginning. Really pleased with the customer service, and looking forward to passing my test in the near(ish) future!
Service has been done well all the information is in the portal and is easy to follow. Emails every so often checking ro make sure your OK and you haven't missed thing

Nadir was really patient as I wasn’t too sure what course I wanted to do what was best for me and we spoke about it 23 times on the phone and I was able to discuss with my parents intake time to see what I really wanted to do and it also gave me guidance on which ones to pick
I originally thought this was a good idea to use pass me fast but now I regret it costing around £1400 for 20hrs and a practical test and they found me a instructor from YM driving school my test was 3 months after I booked if I went directly through YM they would have charge £560 for 20 hours and the test cost £63 so that came to £623 and they take 2 hrs of your learning for test day so pass me fast made nearly £800 for finding a driver to teach and supposed to find a faster test date I did fail my 1st test which was down to me but I manage to book another test in December for February so 2 month so a lot faster to book my test my self how can pass me fast justify taking nearly £800 for finding me a instructor and finding a test it a complete waste off money I would advise people to do it your self and not get rip off by these money grabbing business
