I found this company to be unprofessional and deceitful .They on their website say visas are process

I found this company to be unprofessional and deceitful .They on their website say visas are processed within 10 working days.In my.case this turned out to be a big lie as I submitted my Visa application through them on 10-11-2025. To date I don't have the visa.On their website they promise a 100% refund if your visa is not issued. Mine has not been issued but they won't refund me.
