We stayed a week at Chalet Triglav. From booking this holiday a year ago to now, bmst have been an outstanding company. I don't think we've ever had such good communication from a holiday company before ( and we travel alot!) our host Flo and chef Ella were absolutely amazing! The food is fabulous, and any little changes to menus for children were accommodated. There's so much outstanding food, and cakes and endless drinks. What's not to love!? The chalet itself has unreal views, the rooms are lovely and cosy. The hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes.The chalet ladies were wonderful to chat with every morning and evening. Really made it a personalised experience.

The chalet is a fantastic location, easily accessible to the nearby resorts. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and truly represented the company well. We arrived a week before the anticipated snow, but that's just how it goes. I'd definitely come back in a heartbeat!
