The process for handling multiple patches was quite confusing. I was asked to confirm my preferences repeatedly. Out of the seven patches, four had issues, including one error I missed on the mock-up, while the others were mistakes on their part. Despite reiterating my instructions three times, one patch was still incorrect. They offered no compensation for these errors. Additionally, since the items were produced overseas, I received an unexpected FedEx bill for tariff charges, which was not clearly communicated by the service.
We absolutely love our new Shark School logo keychain! 🦈💙 It’s super cute, great quality, and the perfect piece of school swag to show off our Shark pride. The design is bold and fun, and it feels durable enough to handle daily use on backpacks and keyrings. Such a fun way to represent Surf City Middle!!
I absolutely cannot thank or recommend this company more!! Daniel was extremely helpful. I had a VERY last minute order to make, as I suddenly needed to order embroidered keychains for an event. In under 10 days, Patch Makers USA was able to make my design a reality, taking my design requests and adjustments and turning them into reality, and delivering them perfectly on time. Daniel was extremely communicative and helped work with my budget. The keychains are absolutely beautiful as well. I love them and so did event attendees - they praised how beautiful the keychains are and the uniqueness of the embroidery! They really are perfect and so pretty.
