Our family has never had one issue with continuous service and it is always a pleasure discussing plan options.
I was hesitant at first to subscribe to patriot mobile, but haven’t had any complaints since I started their service. Customer service was wonderful and very helpful and guided me through the process of changing my phones for metro to patriot. I feel good about patriot mobile in a sense that it is American base and own I feel that I’m supporting American companies
The agents are extremely polite & efficient. It didn't take very long to change my plan & I received my new Sim card in just a few days. Then changing my phone over from spectrum to to Patriot only took a few minutes. Up & running in no time.
Guys don't hassle me like most phone companies, have in the past 3 years. And I appreciate the emails and staff and what you're doing for our country and for our Christian communities in our country, God bless you all,

While I was in the hospital for 6 months in 2024, Patriot worked with me several times to get new SIM cards for my phone. Once when I had to use my phone as internet access for my Laptop computer. Again, when Verizon shut down one of its towers and we had to change carriers. Any time I need help, Patriot is there to help!
Hey guys and gals; we have 3 phone lines. My husband was on 3 gigs. My daughter and I were on a 5 gig plan. It ran out fast so we bumped everyone up to 12 gigs. We restarted our phones and have zero data. Nothing. Please help! Im post-surgery in bed and my husband broke his hip on ice last week. He's still in the hospital and is bored stiff cause he can't play his games or watch youtube. Please help!
