This was the worst experience I’ve ever…

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a purchase. I never received my watch and no one would help me and now I’m being told I can’t be refunded or sent another watch. I was excited about this purchase (birthday gift to myself) now it’s just a nightmare of an experience and no real customer service to speak to
