I ordered two wigs but only received one, and they attempted to blame the missing item on the courier service, despite not including the second wig in the shipment. I requested a refund and initially approached the situation with patience and courtesy, providing all necessary information for the refund process, but they refused to reimburse me for the missing wig.

With an adjustable drawstring inside, say goodbye to loose wigs! The lace is pre-cut, and I haven't even needed to use a hot comb for installation because it's plucked flawlessly 😍.
