0 min queue times! We came in Aug 25 bank holiday and were so impressed (10 min max queue times in peak summer holidays! Wow!) with Paultons Park, we came back to celebrate my 50th birthday in February half term. We got on every ride with no wait times. In terms of ticket price, it gives fantastic value for money because you maximise your ride time and no waiting in queues. Other theme parks simply don't achieve this. I cannot fault Paultons Park. It is beautifully maintained, clean and tidy. It is easy to navigate and well laid out so everything is a short walk which is great when our group split up from time to time. We could catch up with them very easily. There really is something for everyone, rides for younger children, right through to through to the bigger roller coasters. It means that everyone has something they enjoy. The staff were so super lovely and helpful, happy to tell me where the ride cameras were so we could get epic ride photos. I even got a Happy Birthday badge! We live in Devon but made the journey up so I could spend my 50th Birthday at Paultons. Yes I am a big kid but love Paultons, can't wait to come back when the Vikings rides open! Best Day Ever! Thank you.
Another great day out in a well run theme park. Especially good for families who have children with SEND/ who are neurodiverse. The small size and layout of the park, the landscaping, quieter areas with animals, availability of clean toilets and friendly staff make for a really good day out. Low queue times too during Feb Half term. Nice selection of rides and new area looks like it will be good too. The initial price to get in is a lot but we have much better and lower stress days out at Paultons compared to Merlin parks. Will be back!
Visited Paultons park today (19th Feb) it was brilliant I always dread going in a half term as it’s sooooo busy but we had the best day I think the weather put people off being cold but we didn’t queue once we was straight on, on every ride, all members of staff were so friendly and helpful, we really did have such a good day would go again in the colder months
We are annual visitors who visit whilst on holiday locally, we visited with a 10, 11 and 13 year old. The 11 year old had never been, she had a fantastic time. We really like this park and love the fact that it is growing to accommodate the slightly older children. Ours aren't that interested in Peppa Pig world but enjoy the other side with the bigger rides. Queue times were pretty much none existent and therefore they got on the rides numerous times, so they were very happy. My 13 year old is especially looking forward to Valgard opening up. We'd never been in Ghastly Manor and really enjoyed that ride, numerous times. In relation to cost, yes it cost us nearly £240 for 5 but it's about on par with other theme parks. If we'd have gone to Alton Towers we'd have paid about the same but would have spent most of the day queuing for rides and probably would have only gone on a couple of them. There are some 'theme parks that cost just as much for so much less.We expect it to cost this amount and therefore that's why it's a treat.Really great day out, really appreciate the lockers as well so not hauling heavy bags around all day.
I do not often write reviews, but on this occasion I thought I must. The staff I encountered at Paultons Park today were all so lovely. My experience of other theme parks is that the staff are very average at best, which I put down to age/experience. However, the staff at Paultons Park were also fairly young but they were all very polite and friendly. Just goes to show it’s about the standards that you set! Well done PP
