I ordered & paid for Pavours size 8 sandals & email to me said the parcel was delivered on 29th October at 15-36 pm however the photo showed the delivery was not to my enclosed proch at my property so must have been by mistake left elsewhere. I walked the 8 properties in Holland Close but could not find the parcel at any. I informed you of this & you replied that you would take it up with the delivery company but I have heard nothing yet.
