Good quality but customer service a bit slow to answer questions on shoe treatment, which wasn’t clear on web order system. Slower delivery than expected too but good value.The leather Loretta low boots are nice looking and really comfortable but have disappointingly poor grip on soles in the wet. My feet slipped out from under me and I landed flat on my back! The paver trainers are really comfortable too.
I enjoy my email updates of special offers, new deals etc. I love that I can order to store if needed, for free.I do like the quality of product in Pavers, love boots and sandals.Would like if some came in 6 1/2 size but overall, great stuff.
The style of boots that I wanted were available at a good price (special offer much reduced from quoted full price) - so I had two pairs. I find these boots comfortable and the side zip and laces make putting them on and taking them off a lot easier as I have some mobility issues. The delivery was quick and the product was packed well.
