Review Time
I was after a particular ankle boot, and staff searched high and low for them, thankfully they had a pair in stock. They even checked if boots were in 'black Friday sale' just in case I could make another saving. (Sadly they were not) I still made the purchase though.
I dont like giving a 3 as many of the staff are great. However I had to do extra visits until I found a staff member who would check the store room for me as standard response from some staff was "Everything we have is on display". I bought 3 pairs of slippers in total but it took 3 occasions as I had to go back when told none in stock without checking store room. One day I got a very helpful lady in the NI Bangor store who went and checked in the back and found what I needed as they weren't on display. I went back again to buy another pair and received the "all on display" response. I asked the assistant 3 times to check the store and only when she realised I wasn't going to leave, did she reluctantly check because as she told me "Its time for me to go home." She came out and put the box in my arms, they did have the ones I wanted in the store, and asked me to go to the other lady to pay obviosly because it was home time for her. I mentioned it to the lovely lady on the till and she said they do have stock in the back so always ask.
