The lady who served me was lovely. There was a guy working in the shop who was rude in response to us joking. So I guess he took it the wrong way, apologised, but then he was criticising us to other customers. Totally unprofessional, sad when one person lets down an otherwise great team.
Really good store, ex ellent help from staff. Bought slippers but u fortunately will need to return them., Didnt feel safe, my foot was slipping off the back, no real snug support.. can’t risk an accident up and gown stairs .. will look at other styles and fabric., LF
