Review Time
As other reviews mentioned, we did not get venue info until literally last minute after emailing twice to the point we thought the whole thing was a scam. When we arrived, the lady was still setting up, we were early so that wasn’t an issue. The actual yoga session was really good, the yoga instructor was professional and guided us well, suitable for beginners. Now onto the puppy part, there were not enough puppies for how many people attended, we ended up having to be put in a group of 6 and essentially share puppies by rotating them around the groups so everyone had a turn. The breeders were present and just sat in the corner the whole time, not very approachable. We ended up leaving early as the puppies were clearly tired but also there weren’t enough of them, a few people left before the full hour. Very underwhelmed by the whole experience. I’m sure there are other concepts similar which are more organised and value for money

This was an extremely disappointing experience and nothing like the image Paw Pal Yoga promotes online.Firstly, communication with customers is unbelievably poor. We had to chase the company ourselves for basic booking details. For a business that presents itself so highly on social media, you would expect them to meet the standards they set — unfortunately, they do not.Nowhere does it clearly state that a specific access link is required to enter the premises. The session takes place in what is essentially a renovated house made to look like a studio, but it lacks even the most basic hygiene standards. Given that this involves animals and close contact with customers, stronger safety precautions and cleanliness measures should be expected.Booking times were changed last minute without proper notice, and we were not informed about changes to the puppy breeds beforehand. Customer satisfaction clearly does not seem to be a priority. The session itself was held in a poorly ventilated, humid room. Puppies were urinating and defecating frequently, and cleaning was not handled promptly. The previous class overran into our allocated time, and the room smelt extremely unpleasant. We were expected to leave our belongings on the living room floor. When accidents occurred, disinfectant was sprayed directly onto puddles, which then seeped into the yoga mats. When the mats were removed before our session had even ended, the wooden floor underneath was visibly wet, leaving us to sit on damp flooring. At the end of the session, all of the puppies were placed together into one medium-sized cage. Given their young age and the number of puppies present, this did not appear safe or appropriate and raised further concerns about animal welfare and overall standards. The only positive aspect of the experience was the yoga instructor, who was kind and led a structured 30-minute session professionally. However, beyond that, the puppies were extremely rowdy and constantly running around participants as if we were obstacle courses, making it difficult to properly take part in the session.Considering the high price paid, the experience did not represent value for money in any way. The quality, organisation, hygiene, and overall standards were far below what was advertised and what you would reasonably expect at that price point.Overall, this experience fell significantly short of expectations. I would not recommend it.
This is the poorest communication I've ever received from a company to the point I thought I was being scammed. Firstly, I didn't receive details on the venue so I emailed them on both emails they provide as well as their social media - each to no avail. They have no phone number either. I saw this problem mentioned in other reviews here and on a tiktok video. It was only because of a schedule change, that I received the night before the booking, that contained the venue name which allowed me to attend. To enter the building, a link was needed to open the door which I also never received. Luckily, someone else coming in did have one.The session itself was so humid and smelly from the previous class. The puppies were advertised as Chow Chows which was not the case. They were leaving pee and faeces everywhere but at least there was someone on standby to wipe it up; it still felt unsanitary. The puppies were then lumped into one medium cage which doesn't seem right. It was nice to have time allocated to cuddle and play around with the puppies. The yoga instructor was lovely and the moves weren't too challenging at all. Those are the only good things I can mention.Overall, I would not recommend this company. They are a disaster to deal with. I would like a refund but I know I'll never get a response.
