I need to change my payment card; I had to block the previous one because of these types of unauthorized charges. I didn’t even sign up and I’ve fought for months to cancel I thought customer support was good when I received and email stating everything was cancelled but after 3 months of trying to cancel I thought it was done and yet another charge has popped up today They say I can’t get my money back because it’s turned into credits which they can clearly see I have NEVER shopped on their site I didn’t even know it existed until charges appeared on my account

Product confusion

I didn't like the confusion of buying a promotional product that resulted in being signed up for a membership that couldn't be canceled for 6 months. I did like the response they offered to correct the issues. They eventually refunded the membership cost so overall im satisfied
